IPKit is a free public IP lookup API that returns a stable ipkit.v1 JSON record with geolocation, ASN/ISP and privacy signals. It supports IPv4 and IPv6 and reports VPN, proxy, Tor and cloud flags.
What can you use it for?
Build a "what is my IP" page, enrich server logs with ISP/ASN info, or flag probable VPN/proxy traffic. You get a single ipkit.v1 JSON response with country, city, ASN, ISP and privacy signals. It's free to call directly with no client key and supports both IPv4 and IPv6. Results are network estimates and the service enforces modest rate limits.
