Generates quizzes and data about Romanian places: one real village name and one machine-made fake, plus endpoints for fake names, random real places, search and entry-sign images. Returns JSON (or plain text) with SIRUTA codes and coordinates where available.
What can you use it for?
Make a guessing game, a geography quiz, or generate cute village-entry signs for projects. You can call the endpoints directly with plain GET requests and get JSON or simple text back. It uses official SIRUTA names and Wikidata coordinates for real places, and a Markov chain to invent believable fakes. No signup is needed, but the service is rate-limited (30/min, 1,000/day) unless you request a key.
